We are an independent CRO based in the United States that offers preclinical medicine testing in state-of-the art, GLP-certified testing sites in Kiev, UA. Our testing laboratories are supported by the UNAMS and Ministry of Health and provide services for commercial development of new drug discoveries as part of their core mission. Our business was created to bring the top-notch, inexpensive services of these laboratories to new bio-technology companies in the U.S. and Europe, thereby offering an attractive option for advancing development programs quickly and at much lower cost than other commercial CROs. We provide a broad range of preclinical trials including drug safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharmacological screening, bioavailability, bioequivalence, and complete in vitro and in vivo screening for anticancer activity.
Our preclinical Contract Research Organization is able to price preclinical research far below other Contract Research Organizations because we maintain a very low overhead in the U.S. and conduct all testing in Kiev where labor and laboratory costs are much lower. Our staff in the United States is comprised of only of the company principals who deal directly with clients; we have no marketing expenses other than our web site, and no main offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase prices. We have much lower trials conduct costs in Ukraine due to much lower personnel rates and are able to offer our most attractive rates for longer and more intricate preclinical tests where labor is the most significant part of the overall cost. Since we utilize the same stable international suppliers for animal models, reagents and laboratory supplies as other Contract Research Organizations, we don’t have any cost savings on these items and thus less overall cost savings for very short-term preclinical trials. But, regardless of your test protocol and duration, our goal is to give our customers the best possible value for their investment.
